Referring to Algeria’s production capacities in all steel fields, including sheds and profiles, he noted: However, we are not responding to domestic needs, and we are looking to expand cooperation with renowned countries in this field.

Jahan Iron and Steel Company, with a history of 60 years in the field of steel and metal structures, was the only company with a license to export galvanized profiles in the country until 1999, and now it has a 70-80% share in the production of galvanized reinforcing profiles in the country.
This company also for the first time in the country; The fully automatic production line for door and window fittings under the name “Sepher Hardware Company” is ready for operation and has the monthly production capacity of 260 thousand door handles and 450 thousand window handles.
Currently, more than 80% of the country’s required fittings are imported, which has enabled the automaticity of this factory to make the manufactured products competitive.
